About My Business

My office is located in downtown Frankfort, IL.

After several years at a software company, Applied Systems, Inc. and a tenure as tax
counsel for Horseshoe Gaming, I decided to provide tax and legal services to small
businesses.  

As an Attorney and CPA, my practice is helping small businesses and individuals solve
problems and plan for the future.

Problems may include past transgressions (large state or federal liabilities or mistakes),
liquidating a company or winding up, buying out an owner or simply choosing the most
tax efficient tax course of action. Other daily routines counseling individuals on the best
choice of entity and setting up the business entity with any tax elections.  

I like to think of my role is that of a "Traffic Cop".  I try to find out the nature of the
problem and if I cannot solve the problem, I will try to direct you to the appropriate
person to solve the problem.
